Blower Door Airtightness Testing
On-site blower door testing to measure air leakage, verify performance targets, and identify improvement opportunities before final approvals. Airtightness is critical to energy performance and required under many energy programs.
EnerGuide Labels
9.36 EnerGuide evaluations and labeling using HOT2000 — the nationally recognized rating system reflecting the energy efficiency of a completed home. Required for many incentive programs and energy disclosure submissions.
Built Green Certification Support
Oasis Engineering is Built Green Platinum certified — the highest tier recognized by Built Green Canada. We assist builders and homeowners in achieving Built Green certification at every level, providing the required energy modelling, documentation, and airtightness testing to meet program standards.

As a Built Green Platinum certified organization, we meet the highest standard required by the program, a City-led sustainable neighbourhood development in northwest Edmonton along 127 Street, north of Anthony Henday Drive.
Every home built in Goodridge Corners must meet strict energy requirements: mandatory Built Green Certification, an EnerGuide rating at least 30% better than a typical new home, and a PV Solar Ready design. Builders who meet these targets qualify for a $20,000 sustainability fee refund from the City — and we help you get there.
